Annual membership for after school care

Annual Membership club fees are $125
Annual Memberships for after school care begin on August 1st and end on May 31st.
Once paid, the Annual Membership fee of $125 is a non-refundable charge.
Annual memberships for after school care automatically renew annually and, unless you cancel by the 1st of July, you will be charged for the next annual Membership Term.
No club membership refunds will be given after July 1st for Fall 2019/2020.
The deposit fee of $375 includes your club membership fee ($125). If you cancel before July 1st, 2019, you will only be refunded $250 of your Save the Spot fee. 

Cancellation of your monthly after school care tuition program

You may cancel your after-school care membership with a 1 month notice in writing delivered by the 10th of the month.
If you cancel after the 10th of the month, no refunds or pro-rating will be given.

Cancellation Policy for adventures

We have a 48-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel your reservation outside of 48 hours prior to your adventure date, your payment, less a $20 per person service fee, will be refunded to you.
No refunds or reschedules will be given with less than a 48-hour notice. *
Your adventure reservation is transferable, so you can give it or sell it to someone else if you choose.
If we cancel your adventure due to weather or other unforeseeable conditions, we will reschedule your adventure for another available time, or give you a full refund.
If you are late, you will not receive a refund. Your adventure and guide will leave as scheduled whether you are there or not. We expect you to arrive 15 minutes prior to your reserved adventure time.

*Refunds for medical reasons must be accompanied by a physician’s note and will be
considered on a case by case basis.
